Dubai Hurricanes Cricket formed at the end of the 2020-21 rugby season, training in the grass nets of The Oval, at our home 7he Sevens Stadium, and playing friendly matches against established local teams, subsequently competing competitively in tournaments and the League of Mammoths
For the 2023-24 season we will continue to train weekly, play regular friendly matches, and compete in league competitions across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
Like the other sections of the club our Cricket section is inclusive and family friendly, and offers members the opportunity to enjoy the traditional club atmosphere and experience of Dubai Hurricanes – and, of course, we are not-for-profit and volunteer led.
Membership now includes 2 x playing kits, ‘Whites’ and Club Colours, with regular net sessions at 7he Sevens and discounted (by circa 50% to a fixed AED100) match fees throughout the season. We look forward to welcoming you and other cricket enthusiasts aged 13 upwards.
